The study assesses the administrative management processes of multinational organizations in Nigeria with reference to Coco-cola Company, Enugu plant. The aim of the study is to explain the meaning of administrative management processes. Primary and secondary sources of data were deployed and it was observed that the degree of efficiency and effectiveness recorded in most multinational organizations especially coca-cola is determined on the effectiveness of its management processes. Some factors have been identified as hindrance to administrative management processes, like the environmental factors, poor supervision, competition etc. There was indication for review of the company’ administrative management processes based on the responses. To this end therefore, the study recommended that organizations should review their management processes to boost efficiency. Efforts should be made to combat environmental challenges and ensure continuous planning and implementation of company’s policies. The global economy requires change and for business to strive, it must synchronize with the market trend for optimum realization of goals and objectives. Administrative management processes of any organization remains the linchpin of that organization and where it is not properly handled might led to low productivity.
